Overall Plan
This 10 week plan is designed to have athletes in peak rope fitness at the Youth Divisional ropes event. It will briefly allow for an earlier peak at the Regional event.
Start 3/24/2025
7 weeks to Regionals → 5/10/2025
3 weeks to Divisionals → 5/31-6/1/2025
Averages 5 sessions per week
Phase 1 (weeks 1 - 3) - Gain Strength & Base Endurance
Phase 2 (weeks 4 - 7) - Continue Strength & Base, Introduce Power Endurance
Phase 3 (weeks 8 - 10) - Power Endurance Focus, Maintain Strength & Base
