  • Customized plans are built around your specific goals and include a one-hour monthly conversation to ensure the plan stays aligned to your needs. These plans are great for athletes who have time-bound performance goals and want a plan that maximized their effort. Plans start at $100 per month.

    Off-the-shelf plans are as-is training options that focus on general core skills that anyone can build on to see progress. They don’t include any face-time or phone conversations, and are ready to go when you are. Plans cost $60 per month, or $165 for three-months up front.

  • Tier I, II, and III training plans are all customized, and the difference comes in the level of ongoing contact you’d like to have with Matt.

    Tier I plans come with a 1-hour monthly check in.

    Tier II plans come with a 1-hour monthly check in + one video review session per month + access to Matt via email for additional questions.

    Tier III plans come with a 1-hour monthly check in + as many video review sessions as you need + access to Matt via phone, text, or email for additional questions.

  • Customized training contains several steps.

    Step 1: purchase the tiered level of training you’d like to receive for the month online through this website.

    Step 2: If this is your first month of training, complete the intake form included in your receipt email including information about your availability for a one-hour customization session.

    Step 3: We’ll work with you to select a time slot for your customization session. Note: Your plan will start after your customization session.

    Step 4: Matt will spend up to a week customizing your training program and create a unique google document for you to access.

    Step 5: You’ll receive a link to your customized document and the month of your program will officially start.

  • You’ll receive an email link to a personalized google .doc with your plan information. The email will come from jonesfitnessandperformance@gmail.com. Please check your spam folders and allow this email as a preferred sender.

  • For Tier II plans with email support, expect to hear back to your emailed question in less than 48 hours.

    For Tier III plans with phone and text support, expect to hear back within a few hours.

    For non-custom or Tier I training plans, questions emailed will be responded to on a case-by-case basis.

  • Each off-the-shelf monthly plan contains 4 weeks of training dedicated to a specific activity and level of the user. The first time you purchase a plan you’ll receive month 1 of training. Each subsequent month you purchase you’ll receive the subsequent month’s plan, even if you don’t order training plans in sequential months.

    That means, if you order your first off-the-shelf plan in January you’ll receive month 1 of training. If you order your second plan in April, you’ll receive month 2 of training.

    This method of training works because each month builds off the strength you gained in the month before it. If you skip a month of training you’ll be able to pick up where you left off, instead of having to jump ahead to try and catch up.

  • Your off-the-shelf training plan will be emailed to you in PDF format from jonesfitnessandperformance@gmail.com within 48 hours from purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
