  • Paddling.

    Whether you’re ready to build your endurance or crush at future races, focused paddle training will help. Increase strength, fitness, strategy and technique. Customized plans include technique analysis, peak timing for your goals, and on-water and off-water training elements. Get faster, travel farther, and have more fun on the water.

    Training can focus on any or all of SUP, Surfski, Kayak, or Canoe.

  • Climbing.

    Climbing is a uniquely individual sport that can take different forms for different people. Customized plans in this discipline will be tailored to your unique goals and interests. Plans will include on-wall workouts, strength work, mobility training, and technique development to suit your needs. Climb harder, climb more, and have more fun on the wall.

    Training can focus on Bouldering, Sport, and/or Speed climbing.
