How this works.

Every athlete is different, that’s why every training option is fully customized to meet individual needs. That means there are some differences between this experience and other, more off-the-shelf options.

  • Before we get started we need to learn more about your specific desires and training needs.

    If you already know what you want: please fill out this New Athlete Intake Form with as much detail as possible and purchase the training plan level that best fits your needs. If a training plan with your preferred coach is sold out online that means they’re not taking any additional athletes at this time.

    If you need a little help deciding: please fill out the Contact Us form and someone will reach out shortly to schedule a 30 minute chat to help you figure out which option makes the most sense for you.e

  • Training plans are generally written in 4-week increments and include all types of workouts including gym-based sessions, mobility, cardio, and sport-specific options. These training plans can work around other team-based programs or be used as stand-alone plans.

    Each training plan cycle generally starts with a video call between you and your coach - this gives your coach time to learn more about your current body state, to make sure they’re up-to-date on your goals, and to talk about what you want out of your upcoming program.

    After the call, it’ll take about a week for the coach to write your custom training plan. This week doesn’t count as part of the 4 weeks of programming.

    If you are a repeat athlete getting multiple months of training plans, this call will likely happen either at the end of week 3 or during week 4 of your previous training plan.
