Matt Jones has been fascinated with the potential of the human body for his entire life, and has spent his training career building ideologies and frameworks to guide the holistic success of his clients. He has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, a mobility specialist certification in Functional Range Conditioning, and he’s built a vision for training that’s based not just on muscular strength and fitness, but on movement systems as a whole.
Whether building up strength, pushing on endurance, or recovering from injury, the human body needs to be pushed in specific ways to make lasting, beneficial impacts. Matt believes that everyone works a little differently and deserves to have a approach that is specifically tailored to their body, lifestyle, and goals.
With his personal expertise in rock climbing, paddling, strength training, and fitness, Matt creates excellent and individually curated training plans to support athletes in all demographics of outdoor sports. His clients have gone on to win national titles, reach new peaks of physical and mental performance, and ultimately feel like all-around more functional humans.
